Following our conversations with Accu-Assembly at APEX, we are now offering the Accu-Assembly range of innovative solutions in Canada.
Chief among them is the AccuLiFT™Automatic Storage & Retrieval System. This is the world's first Automated VLM (Vertical Lift Module) SMT component storage system. This small footprint (under 39 sq. ft. or 3.6 sq. m) system can be configured to manage up to 8,400 SMT reels. Users can change reel size & thickness configuration. Really fast retrieval cycle time. And add the robot for "human-free" loading & kit picking! Accu-Assembly also offers the AccuID™ Reel Incoming Material Station to complement the smart storage system. It is a reel barcode reader, perfect for label verification & reel ID generation at receiving inspection.
